went to check one of (a blast from the past) posts and its asking for user name and password which i use the ones i use to get on this site and it won't take it just keeps asking for user name and password. whats the deal?

The info you are looking for is probably in the suscribing members area which requires a separate PW different from the forum PW, drop MP a note if you don't have it and he can resend it to you.
