Did or does anyone have this problem? Most of my gauges (key off) start well below 0 or E oil-fuel gauge. At one point I replaced the oil pump with the 99 pump because my oli light would fricker at idle on a hot day. Fuel gauge is 1/4" below empty with key off.Temp. gauge for a long time was right at 210 now it has creaped up to 212-214, I have a 190 t-stat in it. This is a 95 K2500 299,000 miles.

OEM gages give an indication, not calibration pieces. Off-key readings of electric gages can be ignored.
Thermostats can degrade after a while, replacing after a few years service can maintain performance. Your radiator/condensor/oil-coolers may be due for a thorough cleaning of the fins; hope the coolant has been maintained.
