92 6.5l Turbo into a 90 truck with the 6.2, any problems?

I am planning on swapping the 6.2l in my 1990 chevy 3/4 ton truck with a 6.5l turbo diesel out of a 1992 HD3500.
Is this a direct bolt up, hook up the wires and hoses and go??
Is there any modifications that i will need to do??
