Hi
Now that my truck is up and running again I took her for the first long ride.
And then catastrophic brake failure happened watch the video how I repaired it.
Now do I clean and repack the bearings?

If you haven't noticed any issues directly associated to it, leave the hub/bearing assembly alone.

The hub/bearing assembly on your Suburban is technically not serviceable. About the best you could do is shoot some grease in, through the hole where the speed sensor rests, or by using a needle attachment on a grease gun to sneak past the bearing seal. Be careful not to snag/rip the seal, or add too much grease.

Should you decide to replace it for peace of mind, they can be picked up at an auto part chain store. Chain stores here want $185-310 each.

Hi
The Hub is good should I pack the bearing with any more grease and clean it up before reassembly of the rotor and attaching it to the A frame?
Thanks

My Thanks again go to Robyn for the great post on how to replace the rotor.
well I used the old rotor as an anvil to punch down the lug nuts on the new rotor.
worked great since half the rotor was gone and it gave me a real flat surface to pound on.
How do i get the boot on the back to re seat ? When I put the rotor back on the bearing and then back on the spindle it pushed the boot off the back of the knuckle will this re-seat? should I add any grease?
Thanks
Mike

OK bled the brakes and all seems to be working at first abs light was on but checked the connections and found the drivers side unplugged once i plugged it in lights out and success.
The only complaint about these brakes is they have always been spongy. And I bought the truck from a dealer the pedal was never hard like old style brakes.

Bled brakes RR-LR RF-LF 4 times till I had clear fluid coming out of the bleeders.
Any thoughts
Mike
