I know there has been a lot of discussion lately regarding the famous ghost that shuts our trucks off. I have been a proponent of replacing the ignition switch, which cured my truck for a few months.

However, now it's doing the exact same thing, and it has no codes.

To date, I have replaced the ignition switch, FSD, and have the Heath PCM.

Could it be I received a bad PCM? My problem stemmed shortly after I installed it. Any other ideas?

Thanks,
TJ

Hook up a fuel pressure guage to the drain line of the fuel drain valve & check that there is always 3 - 4 psi under all driving conditions.
this will rule out fuel supply problems up to the fuel filter.

Before doing anything else, check the fuse block for loose or corroded fuse. You may be getting intermittant power to the fuel shutoff solenoid. Mine set a code 16. Similar stalling that wasn't FSD related.

If fuse is good, next time it stalls, don't touch anything and check for +12V at the fuel shutoff solenoid. Round cylinder on the front of the IP. If it has power, I'll be very suprised...
