4l80e Code 68 & Atra Bulletin 473

I've been coding a 68 for quite awhile with my 4l80e. Does anyone have an idea what ATRA Bulletin 473 says about the eprom program for the 94-95 OBD-1 p/u or for that matter what does the bulletin say to inspect?

Code 68 is actually listed by Gm as "Transmission compnent slipping"

Code 68 is defined by ATSG as "OverDrive Ratio" it will set if the engine speed is 200rpm higher than the imput speed for 2 seconds must be in 4th gear TCC engaged
