Did a search on this topic and no results since the discussion on it in 2006. Getting ready to fire up and trying to decide on a good coolant to use and came across this product while searching for oil cooler at Lubrication Specialist. Can anyone that runs it give some input ? Thnx,

Larry.

If the cooling system is top shape, meaning the 1999 final GM up grades ,good radiator the DEX cool has the ability out last the engine. Are you aware that GM almost declared that starting new, DEX was good for the life of the vehicle.I have one truck with 185000 MI. & NOTHING has failed in the cooling system& .Recently replaced the stats W/ Delco 192 degree stats. The gauge stays on the second line left before the 210 on the gauge. The fan clutch is now a little more active, keeping the gauge in a tight range. JMO. Don't forget keeping the radiator & condenser clean & open behind the auxillary coolers. My original coolant tested good!!

Thanks guys, it doesn't appear anyone is using it, so I'll stick with Dexcool.
