I just got my truck a week ago and took it on it's first long trip (150 Miles). Other than the heater core leaking, all went well.
I noticed coming home that the cruise will dissengage sometimes when the left turn signal is activated. It doesn't do it all the time and if I tap/move the turn signal stalk during cruise it has no affect.
It seems to happen only if the cruise is engaged for 5 or more minutes and about every 3-4 left signal activations. It's more annoying than a problem.
How reliable is the wiring in the turn signal stalk? Should I start there or is this a common fault?
