Why? Remove the pump and get a shorter belt. I pulled mine a while ago and did just that. Zero problems, and the belt is probably cheaper than a bracket/pulley.

The regular belt for the 96 6.5 is 101" and a belt 100" fits perfectly when pump is removed. Your friendly neighborhood parts store will have the belt for you.

94-95's just use the 92-93 6.5 Belt.

There isn't a pulley for a vacuum pump delete, there is a pulley for A/C Delete though.
