Hot Engine - cracked cylinderhead

I run the engine hot > 200 F - lack of cooling water.
One of the cylinderheads got some cracks and will be scrapped.
Tomorrow I shall pick up two used heads that will overhauled.

The big question - what have happend with the pistonrings - shall I take the motor apart and change them ?

200F is not problem.

Cracked heads (Between the valves) is common with 6.5

Unless there is other circumstances I would not be too worried about the rings.
