What's the thread pitch of the bolts that affix the oil pan to the block and to the timing cover. I've got a few timing covers with stripped holes for the pan and thinking of getting inserts or bushings to fix this issue.

Is it M7x1.0?

I expect that if you plan to use inserts you can choose whatever thread style you want provided the bolt fits through the oil pan hole and you have a supply of the appropriate bolt on hand.

I prefer to use fine thread bolts in aluminum.

Got a helicoil kit at the local bolt bin.

It was a M6x1.0.

I was trying to just buy it online and say some bucks, no such luck. Dropped by got it identified and bought the kit.

This will be here for the next fella looking for that info...
