What is the average life one can expect considering the use of recommended lubricant.

Keep the fuel clean and free of water is the biggy.

100K miles on an IP is about the limit, generally speaking. I have seen them go farther but 100K is a good yard stick.

The DB2 can go a littl farther maybe as there are no electronics to go away.
