intergrated trailor brake control problems

have an 07 sierra HD with integrated tailor brake controller trouble is cant find any info on how to wire it all wires under hood were not hooked up found three of them but still will not show that a trailer with electric brakes was hooked up.

lights turn signals all work just not the brakes

help please
