Well I have a hole. I got the tcase out and split it. Pretty easy job except two little screws that are whooping me. Don't know why they use screws that require torq bits on the pump assembly, got em all except two which stripped out. Just came on here to complain I guess

Gonna get Kennedy's kit to stop it from happening again?

You probably know about this, already, but just in case; there's a whole write-up on this subject in the Members Area archives, somewhere. With pictures.

Too bad you got the hole, before the fix. I did mine, a year or two ago, and there wasn't even any sign of wear occuring, but it felt good to know that I had it covered, anyway. Good luck with your repair.

Ya I got the kit from merchant automotive. I found a great step by step instructions for the repair somewhere in the forums. Makes it real easy.

No need to mess with "little screws" with my kit. Simple and effective.

Replace the rear case is also my recommendation. Fix it once for good...

Well I got it all back together, just waiting for the silicone to dry before adding fluid. And yes I replaced the rear half.
