What a timely post. I just looked under my truck this morning to see if I could tell what the squeaky is when I turn left when the truck is cold... Yup, the outer boot on the driver's side is wide open and dry... I think it opened up when I was fetching wood a couple weekends ago. Time for a new CV axle.
