Well i just pulled my pump off my burb and found out why it wouldn't pump ... the shaft was twisted off  going in the pump ... Then was told by my diesel shop that i got water in the system and that's what caused my pump failure
Man im hot now ... Soo its gettin fixed new head and rotor assembly . I really need to upgrade my filtering system can anyone point me in the right direction ? I want to try and add a heated one also . Thanks in advance

Drain the tank,.

personally i,m going to use a racor marine setup with the glass sediment bowl,.
they seperate water better than the gm junk,. they come heated too,.you can get them with down to 2 micron filters,.

Nothing wrong with the Stanadyne fuel manager...

Maybe you can still get one cheap from Peninsular Diesel

How'd the water get in there? Did you find water in the filter?
