would like to buy a complete kit if anyone is parting out a motor with one.

Try digging through the junk yards in your area,you might get lucky.If you ask for the banks system they probly wouln't know what your looking for.You will have to look on your own.
Or start watching ebay.$$$$
I pieced one together over a year,but i wanted a different turbo,and i'm cheap.

i called banks a couple weeks ago, they said they were having a sale and the kit was $2100 (down from $2500), a little pricier than the $1700 was paid back in 97 (so says in the diesel page booklet)... if it comes down to it ill bite the bullet in the fall, but id rather not spend more on a turbo kit than i did my whole truck!
