Compass & Temp Mirror Display

The compass & outside temperature display has gone dark in my '02 GMC K2500 4X4 SLT Crew Cab. I looked thru the owner's manual and don't find any fuse in any of the 3 fuse blocks (under hood, driver's side of dash, under dash) that looks like it supplies power. The onstar lights are still on in the mirror assembly so there's power to the mirror. Anyone have a hint where I might be losing power or has the LED display died?
I've also lost the driver side speakers (front & rear) from the audio (radio, CD & cassette) but that's another search for another day.

I'd say it's your mirror display. The compass is in the mirror and the temp sensor is up in front on the cross bar for the trans-cooler. I had to rebuild my harness after my accident, so I'm very familiar with it. Wouldn't believe the issues I had trying to find a replacement for the darn thing. The plug for that harness is on the front of the underhood fuse box. If you can follow your front center airbag sensor wire it'll lead you right to the plug since GM ran them in the same loom. I'm interested if you ever found the culprit. Mine has the exact same issue since i bought it used. One time I disconnected batteries and it came on for a day or so. Also, my center clearance lights directly above mirror are out. I added new bulbs with no luck. I can't find a fuse, but if you find a connection let me know please. My next project is to start taking it all apart, so I'm procrastinating. Lol :rolleyes:
