DTC codes

Ok ive been having some shifting problems with my 94 burb . it will sometimes shift right but most of the time its either not going into OD and lock-up or it just goes into OD . here is a list of codes i pulled

DTC 22

DTC 24

DTC 26

DTC 27

DTC 56

For a little background i switched this beast over to a DB2 pump so i can run veggie oil and the petal codes have been present since i switched and have gave no problems with shifting for the last year but the new codes of 24 and 56 are new and seemed to arise when the shifiting problems started of course it could be the crank sensor also too b.c it was bad when i first did the conversion and had shifting problems then also

I would address the speed sensor code-24,it would seem like a good place to start for a trans problem.

I was going to . i just repaced my old petal sensor with another one and the trans code went away .. weird .ima drive it somemore today and see how it does

well shifting problem is still there. I put the speed sensor in it thats on the side of the trans to no avail =( . ive got a new crank sensor laying around ima try that in the morning . I did get one new code today it was DTC 94

94 is a missfire code

I'm pretty sure the PCM uses the app for %tps, which it uses for the shift tables.

If you removed it it may be the source of your troubles.
