Please welcome new board member Christina, who will participate here under the login name of: GM Customer Service
Christina is a member of the GM Social Media team that is responsible for scanning online forums, in order to provide customer service to those who utilize them. I’m told that they are not able to provide technical assistance, but are able to help in terms of customer assistance (recall information, product/service issues, current incentives, etc).
The frequency of interaction and the exact type of questions Christina is able to provide assistance for are yet to be determined, but we welcome the opportunity to expand all of our access to GM Customer Service.
