i have an 2008 hd 2500 crew cab and it came with 245 tires what is the largest tire i can put on it and still be able to reset the computer

I went with 265's. My speedo isn't off very much....

bcoleman, you may already know this but it looks like going to 265's does hurt your MPG.

Not a reason to not do it, but something to think about.

When my 265's get closer to 'retirement age' I'm going to 245's.

I'm thinking doing the same thing - I have 265s and am considering going to the stock 245s for possible fuel economy gains. Not only that, it seems that sometimes the 245 tires aren't as pricey.
