Hi,

I have fitted a 6.5td from a 2000 postal van into a defender, I am now finnishing the project but have a few issues.

1 input wires control lights like high beam indicators handbrake etc.
And most of all the input wire from the brake pedal.

Have searched ours to find a wiring diagram but just can't find it.

attached a picture of the pcm and the project

hope someone can help me out

I can help if you can wait a few days. A couple of other pressing projects need to be taken care of first. I have the 1996 & 1998 service manuals. Your project looks interesting.

That would be graet,

I need to put the defender thrue the MOT, I will have to bend some rules to do so without the check lights but will manage I ques. (the landrover is 26 years old so...less rules apply)

I'll have to finsh the roll cage anyway so enough to do for the moment...

I look forward to hear from you.

I have an AllDataDIY subscription - if you can tell me exactly what circuits you're looking for, maybe I can post a picture of the wiring schematic - it's for a '98, but probably the same? FYI, the subscription is dirt cheap.

Hi,

I have taken a --AllDataDIY subscription-- perfect!!!
Wish I knew that before...would have saved lots of trouble.

Kind Regards,

Louis

Great! I'm glad it helped! Good luck with the rest of the project.

After it's all done, how long do you think you can keep it so nice and shiny? ;):)
