Hey guys, ive been having trouble with my truck being hard to start , other than that was running great. I had dtc 18, pump cam , i went through the wiring , i couldnt find any issues. So , i had a donor ip, known good. I replaced the pump cam sensor. The motor fired right up , but had a bad miss, I assumed air in the lines. I bled the system, still miss. Then it set the code 18 again and a new one , 54 t10 . It then ran fine, i restarted it codes went away but horrible miss came back. I have alldata diy, its not even showing a code 54 (t-10) . I have no codes but a horrible miss, when i replaced the sensor i used feeler gauges to set the new one in same position as old one. I have no idea whats going on now . Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated ,im in a bind , my back up truck blew the transmission so i need this back on the road asap. thx in advance , also i know there is a list of codes here , but im not sure where to look

.......the timing should be set at 3.5 degrees BTDC, which is to be set only with the Tech 1 scan tool". When i set my TDC offset, the timing came in at 5,but i used ENG motors programing software. As you can see, different scan tools, different results.
