Trying to get an idea what everyone is running for meth injection nozzles. I have a snow perfomance kit that I took off my mazdaspeed 3 that handled 350 hp with 93 octane with direct injection.

Here's my set up so far

1995 6.5
Modified factory pistons to 18.5 cr that have been cryo treat and ceramic coating on top.
Scat crank shaft
Factory rods
Updated precups
Hx40 turbo
DB4 pump that was said to be modified
Will be running an intercooler

Pretty much everything else is stock on the block, just resealed and cleaned. Was going to drop it in my 1992 2500 but will be getting an extended cab because the current trucks body is just too far gone.

What size would be a place to start and where to mount? I can run up to 4 nozzles so I was thinking 2, one around the intercooler inlet and one by the manifold.

Thanks for all responses.

Best to put the nozzles after the intercooler so the mist doesn't collect in the intercooler.

IIRC a 4gph and a 4gph would be enough for a 6.5,run 1 constantly for some economy and have the other activated by a boost switch or EGT switch.

Might want to contact Snow Performance for their experience?
