Got the clutch in my 94 this weekend and took it for a test drive. About a mile from home a guy backed out of a driveway and nailed me just behind the passenger door to the wheel well. Seems like as good a time to upgrade to a 1 ton some where in the range of 2006 to 2010.

2006 has the least elctrical goodies, what about the years 07, 08, 09, & 10?

What is expected injector life on these years?

What are your prefrences?

IIRC, 2011 started the regen erra.

IIRC the 2007 - 2010 had regeneration, but used fuel injected into the exhaust instead of DEF. If you want none of that, stay with 2006 or older.

Wasn't regen added with the 2007.5 model when they changed the body style? I'm thinking the early 2007's had the LBZ which I have in my 2006.

Correct. 2006-07 are LBZ, although the early 06 is labeled LLY. 2007.5 (January 2007+ production) began the DPF.
