Tci Torque converter

Has anyone heard of or ever used one of tci's triple disc converters in our trucks? I have one I bought from a friend that sold his truck before putting it in.

I have an ATS, but I haven't heard about the TCI TC. Should be fine. Jim

I have searched ALL over the interwebie and can only find 1 article about it. Just kind of nervous installing it and finding out its junk or something.
