You have too many unrelated codes.
This issue sounds more like a ground problem.

Check the ground wires at the RH rear of the intake manifold ( small wires coming from the harness that connect to a bolt on the intake)

Be sure all battery cables are good, clean and have good connections.

With the engine running, be sure you have 14V to both batteries and to the + stud in the junction box on the firewall above the AC unit.

Poor voltage and grounds can cause all sorts of issues.

Be sure the PMD is grounded to the IP as it came from the factory.

keep us posted

It has pmd relocation I cleared all the codes and swapped pmds around. It came back with codes 91 through 98 checked over the grounds they all look good nice clean connections. Its charging and about 14.1 volts I ordered a pmd from pensicola diesel to try and see if it makes a difference the one I put on I was told cause the guy problems but I wanted to see if it made a difference and it ran the same

91-98 are cyl balance fault codes, and likely indicate a failed injection pump.

How many miles on the IP ???
