I’m hoping to get a little help with the wiring on my Land Cruiser / 6.5 project.

I think a list of what is in the truck would be a good place to start:
1-DB2 injection pump
2-CS alternator
3-Frame rail fuel pump
4-93 glow plug controller
5-Painless wiring harness

Here goes the questions...;)

Glow plug controller
1- In the picture below, can the + wire (6) going to the controller come from the starters main post (coming directly from the battery)?

2-The Engine Cranking sensor input (13) goes to the starters S terminal? Does it also go to the ignition switch? If ti goes to the ignition switch, which wire should it be connected too?

3-Engine Control wire (15) goes to the ignition switch? If yes, I'm thinking it goes to the wire that gets power when the key is in the ON position.

Frame rail fuel pump
1-Should there be power to the pump with the key in both the ON & Start position?

DB2 injection pump
1-Does the +12v power going to the HPCA sensor need to be fused? if yes, what kind of amps am I looking at? I've got a few circuits left over in the Painless wiring harness that I can use.
2-I've read that the fuel shutoff solenoid needs a lot of power going to it. Would a 12gauge wire and a 30amp fuse be sufficient?
3-Do both the HPCA & Fuel shutoff solenoid need power with the key in both the ON & Start position?

Sorry for all the questions folks but I just don't want to burn anything out when I go to crank the 6.5 for the first time this weekend.

Thank you all in advance.

1- In the picture below, can the + wire (6) going to the controller come from the starters main post (coming directly from the battery)? Yes. This is the main power source for the glows.

2-The Engine Cranking sensor input (13) goes to the starters S terminal? Does it also go to the ignition switch? If ti goes to the ignition switch, which wire should it be connected too? You can also connect this to the starter side of the solenoid.

3-Engine Control wire (15) goes to the ignition switch? If yes, I'm thinking it goes to the wire that gets power when the key is in the ON position.
This is correct.

DB2 injection pump
1-Does the +12v power going to the HPCA sensor need to be fused? if yes, what kind of amps am I looking at? I've got a few circuits left over in the Painless wiring harness that I can use. Your call. Should be the same amperage as the fuel shutoff.
2-I've read that the fuel shutoff solenoid needs a lot of power going to it. Would a 12gauge wire and a 30amp fuse be sufficient? 14 gauge and 15 amps is sufficient.
3-Do both the HPCA & Fuel shutoff solenoid need power with the key in
both the ON & Start position? Yes.

See answers in your original post. If you can wait till Sunday, would like to see that thing produce some smoke.

Bill, once again thank you for the help.

All the work I'm doing this week is to get the 40 ready for the start up Sunday afternoon. Wouldn't start without you :)
