been having some trouble with electrical system on my 07 chevy 3500, i'll list the things I've noticed. right after starting alt gage reads 11 and very slowly rises to 14+ over 3-4 minutes, sometimes I have 60 on oil pressure gage and sometimes 30 or in between, after a start red warning light stayed on so I put it on charger, charger started at 6+ and ended up at 2 all good until I opened door and just the dome light came on dropping charger back to 4+!! I had electrical check at auto zone and both batteries good and alt working fine, also paid to have same test done in garage and got same ok results. but they said maybe the BCM needs to be reprogramed. anyone have any ideas about this?? thanks:mad:

Volt meter activity sounds normal.

Oil psi will fluctuate with temperature.

Lingering battery/charge light may be a concern. If the batteries are original they may just be getting tired. Does the engine spin over good when cold or does it seem to labor?

I would expect the charge rate to increase as you add load even just dome lights.
