I made a 2 1/4 crossover pipe ( stock is 2" ) yesterday. I think I might be able to squeeze a little bit larger diameter maybe another 1/16 or 1/8 at the most. But I dont see the benefit as its a odd size and it makes it that much harder to install. I ll ceramic coat this one and see what happens. After todays 4" dual exhaust show, I ll be looking at maybe seeing how big I can really make a down pipe. See the 4" dual thread.

I dont want to step on anyones toes, since I just talked to Jim about advertising on here and I havent started yet ( still trying to see if there would be a demand for me ). But if your interested you can reach me at the number below, and I ll sell you mine for what I have invested into it. I am going to try and make a set of headers I think.

Thanks
Todd

I can ceramic coat mine if your intersted in it that way. Mine is a two piece mandrel bent set. Much easier to work with then the one piece designs. If I could get pictures posted, I ll post it up here or you can email for pictures. $80 ready to go, or ceramic coated for $150.

Thanks

No problems IF you get it clamped down good and tight. Remember you are sealing against pressure.

1 pc can have disadvantages too, but I've found that I can gently spread or pull the ends togetherwithout damaging the coating if necessary.
