Does my turbo master look right?

I bought a gm8 turbo off ebay a while ago and I just installed a heath turbo master. The bracket that hooks to the wastegate is at an angle and not straight up and down. Is this normal? See attached pic.

looks good to me.

The GM5 and GM8 Turbo are up and down, but with TM they are forward like the GM1-4.
