Ok where the red wire is on the injector pump where can I get that part that the red wire is plugged in to and what's it called do I have to buy the hole pump

Fuel Shutoff Solenoid from the sounds of it.

You can replace the solenoid or replace the entire top cover with used that already has as solenoid.
