Fast Idle Switch?

Is there a way to create/install a fast idle switch that will let it idle between 1000-1500 rpm's?

I love mine did it just like John Kennedy's site says.

One note use a quality switch I had cheap on and it would come on when off or go off when on; a quality switch fixed that.

I've had mine installed since 99.
