Glow Plug Relay Not Switching

1997 6.5 Turbo. Glow Plug light is not coming on. Have 12volts to lug, ground is good to plug, 12 volts to pink when key is turned on. Test GPR with 12 volts and it functions and closes. Checked ect sensor 5volts. I am not getting a signal to switch the GPR relay when I turn the key on. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I think that the computer has to send a trigger signal to the glow plug relay to make it kick on it could be a broken or pinched wire from the computer not sure if that will help you out
