Automatic A/C control panel problems

Hi guys, working on an issue where the function door is stuck on defroster. Funny thing is I can command the door to move and get air out of all the outlets with the Modis. I suspected the control panel so I bought a new one. It didn't work so I pulled it out and called it a day. Next day, I plugged it back in and it worked perfectly but when I turned the key off and back on, from that point. it hasn't worked since. Any ideas?

I'd want to eliminate a flaky servo motor or sticky door as causes before spending a lot more. Also, I'd want to measure the signal/voltage to the servo motor to verify that it is in spec.

I had the same problem last summer. It was a bad servo.
