Was going to change oil and when put up on lift noticed a large amount of oil
at the flange connector on the cross over pipe on the pass side .
So far truck has been running fine but wondering what all this leaking oil means ? rings , turbo ?
Any ideas ?

May well be a leaking valve cover.
This can run down and get blown back.

Possibly an oil cooler line at the plug in fitting.

Get a few more pics that are not quite as large from a couple different angles.

How about get some engine cleaner spray,and once its clean and dry, it will be easy to see where its coming from.It could be coming from the turbo return line.

Yea hitting it with water next step , Looking from the top down
valve covers look dry, the top of the exhaust manifolds are all dry , had it running for about an hour before put on lift no smoke showed up from oil on a hot part

My bet would be on the turbo oil return pipe.

Could be valve cover or turbo oil return.

Wrong side for oil cooler lines although it's a good idea to check them any time you are under the truck.

4 cans of brake cleaner and can finally see metal :)
looking at the turbo return line I see the flex coupling but that is towards the front of the block and not leaking there, cant see where it bolts to block as thats under turbo it looks like .
One and only one bolt loose 1/4 turn on the back outside valve cover
So need to put a few miles up and see where the oil goes if it does leak
anywhere

The VC are notorious for leaks after they get a lot of miles/years.

If it is the VC, be sure to straighten and clean the cover mating surface and the head mating surface really good and wipe with Brakekleen.

Use only the high temp silicone on the cover (goop the covers channel about 1/4" deep) sit cover on and carefully install the bolts JUST BARELY SNUG BY HAND.

Let cure over night or a tad longer, then snug bolts up with a short wrench.

Too tight warps the cover and can break the silicone loose.

If the cover and the head are spotlessly clean and the silicone bonds well the seal is great.

The aftermarket cork gaskets are an EPIC FAIL.

I have had great luck with "Right Stuff" brand of sealant.
