Hope this is the correct forum. I have a leaking A/C condenser, 2001 HD2500 (oily residue seen behind trans cooler). Any tips on replacement? Noted the upper radiator bracket will probably need to be removed. Anything special I need to know about?
Appreciate any help. Thanks.

You'll need some specialized (refrigerant) tools like vacuum pumps to evacuate the system and accurate scales to recharge it. If you can get someone to do the evacuation/recharge and swap the parts yourself you might save some coin, but the job can't be properly done without the right (expensive) tools.

Any tricks to removing the condenser? My only thought was to start removing bolts and shrouds until the brackets above/in front of it is free. Probably a few hours worth of work, I'/d guess.
