Ok I got the Wastegate solenoid installed and hooked up no more limp mode ! Yay. But now at 65 my boost fluctuates between 0 and 5 up and down constantly it goes up then drops a little . Any ideas ?

That was normal on my 94. No load - no boost
I put in a boost fooler and then it held 3lbs or more all the time.

Probably normal. Boost pressure responds to fuel and resistance, AKA: load. With the cruise set at 65 MPH, any increase or decrease in the load will cause the boost pressure to fluctuate. Nearly anything can cause this, such as wind, temperature (air density), road surface, grade, and passing traffic. If you are using a power-adding device, it can exaggerate it due to hyperactive fuel response.

Great thanks a bunch guys I just was wondering if I had something else wrong when it was going up to 5 then 0 . So that's good to know . My egt is 600 cruising down the road at 65 ,it's nice to be floor it and not hit limp mode every time Mounted the probe in the left hand side of the crossover pipe .

Under a hard load on a steady grade it should hold about 8 psi max

Even with the solenoid hooked up I can still spike about 12 in the lower gears in od it will hit 10 . Full throttle over a long run I can hit 700 egt

Does the wastegate operate smoothly and freely? (Remove the vacuum line and operate it by hand. If it takes more than a little effort to move that could be the problem.)

It very well could be a little sticky . I just took it for another full throttle run and it will spike 12 or 13 then the computer cuts the vaccum and it drops fast
