6.5 engine knock

hey guys. I have a knock in the engine started awhile back but if I bring it up to 1300rpm it goes away any help welcome thanks.

is it in the engine or is it your front belt pulley?

When the rubber lets loose the bounce against the stops and makes a racket.

My engine had a knock but it was at about 2800 it ended up bieng the front crankshaft pulley and damper
