loss elec in Dr Door

We have a 2005 3500 6.6 dully and i lost all electrical power to my drivers door. I don't have the manual at the min so can anyone tell me if there is one fuse or relay the works the entire doors elec. and its locations ?
I don't have power to windows, door locks, mirrors etc.

Sounds like the loss of a ground connection. Power for each circuit originates in an electrical panel near your left foot when seated in the driver's seat. I don't recall there being fuses there, but you may need an electrical diagram to test each door function at that point, then remove the door panel to test each electrical circuit in the door.
