B&W Reversible Ball - replacement

I have a B&W reversible ball gooseneck hitch on my truck. Someone has stolen the reversible ball. I hear it isn't rare.

Anyone know of a replacement source? $100-150 is a bit steep.

I had the round base but the new style is square (round corners) so dirt can escape.

Any help would be appreciated.

The owner of the body shop where it disappeared is a friend. I'm going to ask him again if they can look again.

Turns out he had a Draw-Tite hitch, not a B&W. I got him fixed up with the correct ball for his Draw-Tite.
