Heard a Pop then whistling

Accelerated hard and heard a pop then whistling noise now have low turbo boost condition. Lots of Smoke on acceleration. 2006 2500HD 6.6 Duramax

Must not have gotten the intercooler boot on the exhaust side tight when i changed the power steering lines. Boot blew off.

Interesting, I just did my steering gear + one of the lines I screwed up... When I was putting the intercooler boot back on I screwed it up too... Luckily I reefed on it when I was 'done' and it flew off.

Maybe I'll double check :D
