RockAuto parts no longer has ANY live people to assist you when there is a problem with your order. I recently purchased a new radiator from RA for my diesel Jeep Liberty and they sent a gas Liberty radiator. I tried for three days to get a real human on the phone at RA and couldn't. I ended up using their online return process to return the radiator and pay $30 to ship it back.

Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at RA and had several problems but always could get a HUMAN at customer service to assist. They must have fired their entire customer service staff.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ROCKAUTO AGAIN !!!!!!!
