1993 chevy 3500 diesel 6.5 no crank no start

I drove my truck a couple weeks ago parked it now it wont crank and wont start I took out the starter took it to AutoZone they tested it said it was good I put it back in and it still no crank no start I turn the engine manually it turns all the pulleys are turning everything's turning but still no crank no start

When you say "won't crank" do you mean the starter can't spin the engine? What exactly happens when you turn the key to start? How are the batteries and battery connections? Do the gauges act as expected?

Possibly the neutral safety switch is not engaged right? Slamming the shifter into park or trying to start in neutral might work,.?
Or maybe your starter switch on the steering column had given up,?
