1994 check engine light

Just bought this k2500 on auction. It’s a 5 speed and pretty clean truck. Driving home, had cruise on and the cel came on and cruise disengaged. I disconnected batteries and it reset, but I haven’t driven it again yet. Any ideas? Thanks oops wrong forum

Is this CEL for sale, or are you looking to buy one? They usually come pre-installed in any modern IPC. This is the Class-Add forum, BTW.
