Hello, What kinds of things am I going to run into putting 99 6.5 from a 3500 into a 95 K3500?

Hi
So long as the truck it's going into was a diesel there will only be minor differences.
The 99 has the better cooling updates like the dual thermostat housing and should have the bigger flowing water pump. You may be lucky and have the newest PMD on the pump.
I would leave everything on the 99 and make minor adjustments to make it work.
Keep all your good old parts including the engine someone may want it if you don't,parts are starting to dry up for these trucks.
And enjoy the swap, because swapping an engine soon will be something that can't be done outside of a dealership.

Did the later engines have bigger oil cooler lines?

Not sure what year they changer but yes they do. Would be a good time to have a new set of braided hoses made up.
