Tim the Toolman Taylor would tremble at the sight!

I want one... I really don't need it but man do I want it.

In the computer industry we call it TechnoLust. I wonder if there is a term for balls to the walls truck lust?

I saw a big C4500 crew cab pickup at rest stop on Jersey TP, with a Duramax. It had a nearly normal looking dually bed on it - the guy got the truck from his Chevy dealer - production? I think he said he was getting 18 mpg. I turned green...

I want one too!
But with a price tag off over 90.000$ it makes 120.000

Mikey Likes It!!!!!!!
I looked at buying a FL50 frieghtliner several years back, would have been a work/personal truck, but by the time I had the body built and the 4x4 conversion done it was getting a bit silly. (Not to mention really pricey)
This beast is allready built, just add diesel.
Only problem now. I don't need one anymore :(

How about buy this, lose the dump box, and fit a K3500 series box on the frame rails instead?

You'd have the same idea, for about $50,000 less invested!

The guy I met says a 3500 pickup bed won't fit, but someone makes a dually bed for Chevy for these trucks.

But Mark, you want 4x4, don't you?? I saw a bunch of solid front axle 4x4 4500 cab/chassis trucks at my local dealer - cool. :D
