Can I get a list of things to look at?? All clamps are tight..MAS look fine, but what would I clean it with besides MAS cleaner?

Try some electrical (contact) cleaner. Don't use Brakekleen (can damage the plastic and potting). Some aftermarket intake systems can make them more sensitive to otherwise normal conditions, such as a dirty air filter, which can alter the internal turbulence enough to cause faults. Also check for air leaks anywhere downstream from the MAF, as well as the connectors and harness.

I didn't look up the code, but yeah. Clean the EGR before dropping a bunch of cash. You can use Brake Kleen on that, once you get all the chunks off.
