I have 45,600 miles since my last oil change..none of the oil on ebay will work
In my trans, or so says the seller...

I would like to change the internal filter along with the oil and external oil filter

Can someone post a ebay link to the proper oil for my 06

The ATF is more simple than that. It requires Dexron VI.

The internal filter, according to Allison, is an overhaul replacement item. It requires no service between overhaul cycles. The same applies for medium duty use, so your pickup isn't overworking it. The Control-Main spin on filter and fluid is all that needs service until you break it.

Just curious, but why eBay? Dex VI is on the shelf at any Walmart or parts store. I doubt you'll save any money shipping a genuine product to you.
