Don't bother with the OEM when you can have something better. Look at this link. (http://www.thedieselpage.com/newprod.htm)

Greg,

What is the status on the lines for the 97's and up?

Greg,

Can the 96+ lines be retroed onto the older trucks? Seems to me that the more oil you have, the cooler you should be able to keep it. Is the limiting factor the oil cooler or the taps into the block?

I would also be intrested in a good fix for my leaking oil cooler lines on my 97. Can someone tell me what type of fitting is used on the block end of this assembly. It looks like some type of push to connect but I'm not sure.

The block on the 96 and up are 1/2 npt and the older ones are 3/8 npt. I really do not think it would be worth going to a bigger line.

I hope to have the new model lines available in a couple of weeks. The 95 and older have been a hit and I have one set left. I am ordering more parts fot those today.

LanduyG,
I looked at the port in my 97 block where the lines connect and there is some sotr of clip that holds the tube into the block. Is there some sort of adapter that screws into the block with the 3/8 NPT threads on it? If there is I am going to make a hose assembly with parker fire sleeve on it to replace the stock set. If anyone is intrested I can give a full list of all of the Parker parts that I used.
